Multiple account - New email i cant choose the right account

I hope you are fine

I have two accounts, one for professional et one personal

I paid the pro licence

When i do new email in the dropbox there is only the default account, i cant choose the other one

I can send email from only one account, the one flaged default on the parameters

Is this normal ? How can i solve this please ?

i contacted the company they gave me the solution : Go to Menu > Accounts and click on the General tab for that account. Scroll down to Services and tick the AirSync option. Click on Save & Close.

That will fix it for you.
