Multi day events

In calendar if I add a multi day event it doesn’t add a block through all the days involved, it only shows the event title on the first day. If I add a reminder the bell shows on the last day.

both version 9 and 10 a multi day event
are in the All day region and are a continuous bar is shown in each of the views (except agenda)
no parts of the bar missing in between.
in month view you can see a bar in each week the event continues.
