I have been getting the following error:
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
554-mx.hampton.com.au
554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA’s poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

But really, you will need to contact your Internet provider if your IP has been blacklisted or has a bad rep.
