Hey eM Client Forum members.
We have the following constellation:
- an email address is registered for MS365 due to the need for MS365 with Teams, … The account is registered in MS Outlook. The domain (of the email address) is not linked to MS, otherwise all communication would go via MS.
- For the domain, there are identical email addresses created with IMAP settings (of the domain hosting service provider)
- Both accounts (MS and imap) are registered in eM Client.
… when we get invitations from some others that use MS Outlook/Exchange/… (not certain here) these email-invitations are registerd in an MS365 calender.
… other invitations are booked into a local calender. - side effect (and yes there is a warning, when I do so) if I move the local calender entry into the MS-calender, I send the invite “fresh” to the full invitee list via MS account, as if I would have created the calender event. No question is asked… it is send, when saved in the MS calendar.
Does this sound familiar to anybody?
Is there a way, not to book emails with MS Teams events into the local calender, but into a MS365 calender instead?
Do you have any other recommendation (please do not recommend to fully integrate MS into our domain). Thank you for your help.
