It is too easy to accidently delete folders in the ‘In Box’. If the folder is highlighted instead of the email, Then the whole folder disapears completly. This would not be such a disaster if emClient would automatically back up as per the Backup Schedule, but it doesn’t. It requires imput from the user and then takes what seams like hours to backup.
Hi Richard, if you accidentally delete something you, nothing’s lost yet, as all items should be moved to the trash folder initially and after you empty the trash the messages and folders will be removed.
Use Ctrl+z to retrieve the deleted item(s), however be aware that by using Shift+Delete you’re removing items permanently without moving them to the trash folder first, but you should be prompted before the deletion as well.
