Hi I purchased a license on the 25th of July and now I am being told I don.t have a licence??? Invoice no: Invoice ID: 100956893.
Are you maybe trying to use the same license on more than one computer?
Otherwise the best option is to contact eM Client directly, as no one on this forum will be able to help you with a license problem. You can open a support ticket, or write to [email protected]. They are closed on weekends, so don’t expect a reply till Monday.
