Moving mail to local folder problems

About one half of the time when I manually move mail from an inbox to a local folder, I get a dialogue that states that the procedure may take a long time. If I let it go, it has never finished even after hours. If I force close, I need to fix the database. Any ideas?

Hello Mark, seems like some of your database data may be corrupt, can you please try to download and run this utility, once the issue occurs and you’re unable to access your emails due to the displayed message. And submit the created file to my work mail, with a URL reference link to this forum topic.

Also please try to run this database utility, before you submit the data and check if the issue persists.
