Moving mail to local folder problems

About one half of the time when I manually move mail from an inbox to a local folder, I get a dialogue that states that the procedure may take a long time. If I let it go, it has never finished even after hours. If I force close, I need to fix the database. Any ideas?

Hello Mark, seems like some of your database data may be corrupt, can you please try to download and run this utility, http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe once the issue occurs and you’re unable to access your emails due to the displayed message. And submit the created file to my work mail, mcgregor@emclient.com with a URL reference link to this forum topic.

Also please try to run this database utility, http://www.emclient.com/tools/dbrepairrebuildall.exe before you submit the data and check if the issue persists.
