Hi, I’ve set up a couple of simple rules that simply move email “to” a particular email address to a folder in my inbox. I’ve found that once the emails are moved into the folder the body text is stripped out of the email and it can’t be read. Any ideas? Thanks.
If this is with an IMAP account, it may be that the message cache is corrupt. Right-click on the folder and choose Properties > Repair. See if that helps.
Thanks, when I right click, hit properties, I don’t see anything that says repair.
Generally if the Repair option is not there, then the account is setup as POP3. If it is setup as IMAP, you should be able to see the messages using the web interface for your provider.
You could close eM Client then run C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client\DbRepair.exe and see if that helps.
