Moving eM Client to new PC

You have to use the Backup and Restore from the old computer to the new computer.

Moving emclient to my new computer

Best option is to transfer eM Client from your old laptop to your new laptop using the builtin Backup & restore built-in. That transfers everything exactly as it is now from the old one to the new laptop. See either of the below links.
