Moving e-mail to Spam folder where it marked as no-spam from the server

Hello,
SmarterMail flag the e-mail inside the header “X-SmarterMail-SpamAction: None | NoAction” but emclient 10 moves it to spam folder anyways.

Any ideas ?

It can only be done by eM Client if you have previously blacklisted the sender or their domain. If that is the case, go to Menu > Settings > Mail > Blacklist > Manage Blacklist. See if the sender’s address or domain is in the list and remove it.

Otherwise it could be another device/app connecting to the same account, or the server.

I empty the blacklist and now it’s ok.

Oh, i see. If it’s on blacklist even it ignores server’s spam result.
