Move To Junk and block domain

Is there a limit to the number of contacts/domains that can be blocked when I right-click on the email and use the “Move To Junk and block domain” feature?

Initially, this feature was working for me, emails and domains that use the “Move To Junk and block domain”; however, recently, when I use this feature, it does not appear to block the emails/domains as days later, I would still see the email. Domains are back in my inbox.

To get around this, I would have to manually add the emails/domains to get it to work. I was hoping to right-click on the email and using the feature “Move To Junk and block domain” would do the trick but recently it has stopped working.

I don’t think there is a limit on the Move to Junk and block domain.

Might be possibly a bug in the version of eM Client you are currently using.

What version of eM Client are you running ?

Also do you have Windows or Mac ?

Sorry for not adding the version number and OS type on the original post, but here it is.
em client version: 9.2.2093
OS; Windows 11 Pro 22H2

Ok you have the latest version of eM Client for Windows so thats fine.

I would then (if you haven’t already) try uninstalling and reinstalling the program to see if that fixes the problem. When you uninstall, “don’t delete the database” when asked on the uninstall Wizard. Then re-download 9.2.2093 from the the release history page & reinstall.

Backup eM Client via “Menu / Backup” before uninstalling incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via the dropdown on the right of Refresh at the top left.

If uninstalling and reinstalling the program makes no difference, then if you have a Pro version of eM Client with an active subscription, suggest next to login via the VIP Support page and lodge a support ticket.

Thanks for the suggestions. If this does not work, I will contact VIP support.
Thanks
