I have one single rule, and it doesn’t work, I tried changing it to Local Folder and it still doesn’t work [I didn’t put a screen shot with the actual e-mail address for obvious reasons, but I do use on the in the rule] . I’m a paid lifetime license user if that helps
Does the Rule work if you apply it manually? That will show if the argument is correct.
If it does, then probably the original message is not arriving new and unread in the Inbox. That is one requirement for the Rule to run automatically. If the message has been changed, of if it has been read, even if it has again been marked as unread, the Rule will ignore it.
