Move to Drafts

When I create a new message I can’ move it to Drafts without closing it and choosing to Keep the Draft. Is there any other way to move a new message to Drafts? Thanks

If you mean can you move an inbox message or sent message or other folder message to the drafts folder, then “just press forward” on the message, and then go to “Menu / File / Save” which will then go in the drafts folder.

Or if you mean you have composed a new message and want to get it in the drafts folder, it will automatically save in drafts folder after a short time. Or you can also press “Menu / File / Save”.

Or when you have the message open use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S on Pc or Cmd + S on macOS to save the message to the drafts folder.

Thanks. When I create a new message there is no, “forward” on the message. How can I restore this?

There is no forward option when you compose or create a new message.

The forward option only appears on an existing message like on a message received in your inbox or sent box or other folder existing messages.
