Some of my e-mail in my contact list are going to my junk folder, how can I get them to appear in my in-box on a permanent basis?
If this has only just started happening, then you might have accidentally eg: “created a rule in eM Client” to automatically move them to the Spam / Junk mail folder.
So first go to “Menu / Rules” (Pc) or “Menu / Tools / Rules” (Mac) and you can dblclick on any rules in there to look / view inside them including the blacklist up to V9.
If you have eM Client V10 the blacklist is via “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / Mail / Blacklist”
Now if you have no rules configured / setup to automatically move sender emails to the Spam / Junkmail folder, and no sender email addresses in the Blacklist, then that would mean “your mail server is automatically detecting it as spam / junk” and automatically moving them there which eM Client is then just mirroring in the same folder.
So in that case, then “go online to your webmail spam / Junkmail folder” and select the senders emails in there and “Mark them as not spam”. That will then automatically move them back to your online Inbox and inturn mirror that to eM Client Inbox. Your online mailbox “will then learn in future” to keep those senders in the Inbox.

Thank you I just had time to pursue your solutions.
What I did was to open an e-mail that had gone to the junk folder, I than selected “move to in box”, it gave me options and I selected “move to inbox and remove from blackmail list”. I than called that person and asked them to send me an e-mail, they did and voila it went directly to my “in box”! I had several others, they were all in my contact list so I proceeded to do the same for them and hopefully my problem is resolved. Thankyou, thankyou. :>)
