Just a GUI blip for me,
It will be nice to move Open, Save, Zoom In, Zoom Out buttons to the right of the e-mail header when previewing emails in communication history.
This way, i don’t have to worry about my mouse over-shooting (sensitive on a laptop lets say) to save emails or zoom out, then as a result, have to move my mouse over the communication history to preview it again.
Its a small thing i know, but, if you are processing many e-mails (selective based on content, not all at once) in the communication history using the preview, it gets tedious.
Moving the buttons to the right side of the e-mail header, will speedup the process.
