Hello smart users,
can someone tell me how I can automatically move all emails from the “deleted items” folder to another folder or move them to an archive. I want to keep the deleted items. Otherwise they will be deleted after 7 days.
If you have Windows, press “Ctrl & A keys” Simultaneously" or Mac “Command and A keys” Simultaneously to select all emails in the deleted folder or any folder and then just either Drag the emails to whatever folder you want, or alt click the “Move to Folder” button on the Toolbar along the top if you have “Customized the toolbar” by right clicking on any of the toolbar buttons.
