Most of my Version 10 emails are not showing up in my inbox

Hello all…

I’m posting this for my wife. My wife has the latest version of eMClient 10 installed on her laptop.

A week or so ago, she noticed that most of her emails were not displaying in her inbox - even though it showed she had over 700 emails in that inbox.

My being the somewhat techy guy in this household, I tried to determine what was the issue (see screen shot be;pw of the home email screen). I couldn’t find anything right off the bat - even downloaded the latest version (dated 16 August), installed that and rebooted her laptop.

What are we overlooking here? See screen shot where it shows over 700 emails in the inbox, yet only less than a dozen are displaying? Our version 10 registration is fairly recent, and this only started occurring maybe a week or so ago

I see she elected to use Categories during the installation. Has she looked for the messages in the Other Inbox category tab?

If she later decides not to use categories, she can disable them in Menu > Settings > Mail > Categories.
