money back

I bought the client with licens for me to check and test, as ‘money back and no quetion’ asked, ensured me of a serious vendor.
I bought the license Oct 20th.
But now, I have decided to use another email setup and client, so I have deactivate the client and also I have requested money back. There are no form to do this, so I have emailed, but still no answer.
Can you please assist for finalizing this issue.
