Mobile sync problem

I am using email on both PC and Android, same account for both, but the emails do not appear to be syncing e.g. I receive an email on my mobile, read it, send to trash, but on my PC there is no record of the email neither in the inbox nor the trash. Have I missed something in settings?

Your best bet would be to refer all Beta questions/issues to [email protected]

I contacted that email address once before and got no reply. I shall try once again.

You need to be aware that this a BETA release and that individual issues may not be given a reply and that the reported issue will be used to further develop the program.

What i found currently to get eM Client to sync to the server and back using the latest emc droid app v9.3.3530 and using an eg: Gmail IMAP and Outlook IMAP account with Droid OS 13, is to either “manually swipe down from the top to force the sync” while the app is open, or alt open the app and then “leave the app running in the background”. It will then automatically sync.

If it still doesn’t sync with your server and you are using an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then i would suggest to try removing and re-adding your account. Failing that try removing your account and uninstalling and reinstalling the latest app and setup new from scratch. Also if you have any Droid OS updates do them as well. I recently had a few Droid OS 13 patches come through.
