very concerned right now. i have an email from a family member, but in the from field, it’s from one of the biggest bands in the world, who i subscribe to. in other words emclient has totally mixed up the sender + the body. when i search for this email in gmail, the body is correctly tied to the correct sender. this is not a one off incident. i am very concerned. kindly advise ASAP. best.
Hi Sebastian, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you check for the exact version number in Help > About?
What mail service are you using with eM Client, is a Gmail / Google apps account?
Can you try to right click the email folder where you have the corrupt messages, select Properties > Repair and click on the “Repair” button, if that fixes the corrupt messages?
