MIUR account configuration

Hello,
I tried installing your client on a Mac and found several interesting implementations. Unfortunately, I’m having trouble configuring an institutional account at MIUR (Ministry of Education and Merit). The account, based on Outlook, requires two-factor verification such as OAuth. Therefore, when the client attempts to configure it, the MIUR system redirects to the browser, which in turn sends confirmation via the smartphone app.
After confirmation, however, the authorization token isn’t returned correctly to the client. The browser reopens, asking for confirmation again, creating a loop. How can I resolve this?

That could be eg: browser cache problem, or could be something to do with specific browser you are using, or could be something to do with the Ministry two factor authentication.

Try first completely clearing your browser “cache / temp files” and then close your browser and go back to “Menu / Accounts” and click “Add Account” and re-run the automatic account wizard.

Failing that, try setting “another browser as the default” and see if that makes any difference.

If setting another browser also makes no difference, then as you have just installed eM Client and are still in your initial 30day trial, suggest to email [email protected] for assistance.
