Mistakenly my menu language has changed to Czech (i think)

out of the blue (that’s my story) the language changed from EN.
I would love to change it back - cannot find what the options are in this language.
Any Czech speakers there to guide me through the menu?

I’m using version 7 and i don’t speak Czech, but I think it I can guide you through.
* Menu --> Nastroje --> Nastaveni
* Jazyk --> English --> OK
