Have had em client on my desktop for a few years. Just got an email about installing on my iphone so I did. The issue I’m having is I can’t view both of my email accounts at once in the inbox like on my desktop. Is there something I’m missing? Thx. Ron
I, too, have been using the desktop client for years and was very excited to get the email about the Android app. Unfortunately, I am seeing the same thing in the Android app where I can’t even navigate to anything but my default inbox. I’m hoping this is just user error and I just need to be told how to navigate the application. Can someone help me out here?
It may have been a bit of operator error. I now see a unified inbox, and can navigate. PEBCAK.
@Leftywits I got it to work by tapping on the icon in the upper left to open up the menu. Then under “Favorites” I see “All Inboxes”. Selecting that got me the view you and I want.
Question is, is how do you set “All Inboxes” to default? If you open the app, the primary email shows up again

To set All Inboxes as default on startup on Desktop, go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General” and change Show on Startup to All Inboxes” & save settings as per the example screenshot below.
If it’s the mobile app, press “Menu” top left and then press “Settings”.
Then press “Show on Startup” under Preferences.
Last press “Global Inbox” as per the example screenshots below.
