I’ve just had to reinstall eMClient and now the smart sent and junk folders are missing. How can I get back please?

If Smart Folders are not visible at all, you can enable them in Menu > Tools > Settings > General > General > Show Smart folders.
If it is a specific folder that is missing, you can enable it by right-click on Smart Folders, then Display.
