missing sent items in sent items folder

when I click on the sent emails, i am missing more than 90% of my emails sent. (which are visible if i go to www.gmail.com)

Open the Operations window (Tools - Operations) to see if the synchronization is done and let me know the result.

i closed the program, shut down computer opened it up and it seems to be working for what ive searched so far. lets hope it works for all.

George, my Sent folder is empty and my Deleted folder is not here.  I checked the synchronization and that is okay.  Any ideas?
