Missing items in Trash folder

eM Client was installed in February when I - or should I say an expert - upgraded my PC to Windows 10.
Previously I used Outlook.

I’m trying to find some deleted messages received since February but the Trash folder is incomplete. It contains all messages received since 7th October but only has 5 for September and just one each for August, July, April and March.

Is there a way to get them back?

It could be that the Trash folder in eM Client is corrupt or not completely synced. If you open your web browser and view your email using your email provider’s web interface, can you see the missing messages in the Trash folder?

If you can, back in eM Client, right-click on the Trash folder and choose Properties > Repair. That will resync the folder with the server and what you saw in the web browser will appear after a short time.
