Missing Chinese Language Option After Upgrading to emClient 10.0.3266

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded my emClient for Windows to the latest version (10.0.3266), and I’ve encountered a frustrating issue. After the update, the Chinese language option is no longer available in the settings, forcing me to use the English interface.

I used to have emClient in Chinese without any problems before the upgrade. I’ve checked the settings multiple times, but the Chinese option seems to have completely disappeared.

Has anyone else experienced this issue after the recent update? Is there a solution or workaround to get the Chinese language back?

  1. Close and uninstall eM Client, making sure NOT to delete the database folder when asked. That will ensure all your data and settings are there later.

  2. If it exists, delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client folder.

  3. Download and install the latest version from here: https://www.emclient.com/dist/latest/setup.msi

  4. Restart eM Client.

Thank you so much for your helpful reply! Your solution worked perfectly. I uninstalled eM Client without deleting the database, reinstalled it using the link you provided, and now the Chinese language option is back in the settings.
