Like many other users, I had to switch my Microsoft account to oAuth today. Basically, this worked well and quickly. Only the notes that I used to sync with Office365 are unfortunately all gone now and EM Client tells me that I don’t have an account that can be synced with notes. How do I get my notes back?
Or will there be an update soon and my notes will be available again?
Notes are not available with MS accounts setup using IMAP.
It is only available when the account is setup as Exchange. If you have a hosted account, check with Microsoft if you have an Exchange option. If you do, using the automatic setup in eM Client should set it up as Exchange. If it is a free account, you won’t have access to Exchange.
