MFC71.DLL ActiveMovie Window is missing

I keep getting this problem with the suggestion I should re-install the client. There is no repair facility listed against this programme in Install/Uninstall programmes. Will I lose all my data if I remove the email client and then re-load it?

Hi, what version of eM Client are you currently using? The repair option should be listed in the list of programs, however if it’s not there you can try to download the installer from our website and run the installer.
Can you also make a screenshot of the issue?

Your database should remain intact when you reinstall the application however to avoid any future problems, you can use the backup feature.
