Automatic Replies is a server dependent feature. If your email account is hosted on an Exchange, IceWarp or Google server, you will have the option under Menu > Tools > Automatic Replies.

If you are not connecting to one of those servers, the option will not be there in eM Client. However you may still be able to setup out of office replies in your webmail interface for the account, so check with your email provider if they offer that.
