Messages Stuck in Outbox

Title says it all, messages (literally every message) are stuck in the outbox, have tried updating, turning off firewall with no success. Seems there are other posts with the same issue. Does anyone have a solution?

Typically this is caused by an anti-virus application blocking the SMTP port.
As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try again.
Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.

If that doesn’t help, are there any errors?
Go to Menu > Operations > Log tab and look for SMTP errors.

Very interesting, just sent an email and copied the log. Definitely getting some SMTP action, is this what you were talking about?

The log shows the message is sent.

Still stuck in outbox.
