Messages sent end up in draft folder

Our emails that have been sent end up in the draft folder as if they were never sent. I work very fast on my emails and now I am questioning whether I sent them or not. Never had this issue. My speed has been the same. This is a problem when my clients are waiting for my response. Im not talking about one or two emails. Almost every email and thats a lot. This is taking too much time going through everything.
Very frustrating.

This can happen with many types of server cloud based mail accounts, where you create / compose emails and the cloud server mailbox creates the drafts automatically (while you are typing fast) within seconds, and you then may not always send the email instantly after typing.
