I’ve a question about email notes. I’ve read the help guide but I didn’t found a specific answer.
The question is: the notes of mail messages are linked to the mail account or maybe to the message-id?
The question is important because in the first case, if I migrate from a service to another, I risk to lost all my message’s notes also if the messages are the same. For an example: I migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Business Standard. Same messages, different servers.
In the second case the notes are stored with a link to the “message-id” and because the message id is unique, the notes are not lost.
