Being as you are using a rather old version of eMC, the below link may not work, but is worth a try.

The font size in emails is too small

If it’s the preview window:- Right-click in the message body and choose Zoom Original You can also click in message body and press Ctrl + or - to zoom the email fonts larger or smaller or Ctrl 0 to reset to normal size.
