Message when installing new version

Hi,

I have the message “Install server not responding” when I try to install new versions. I have that since 2 weeks ago.

Please can somebody help me with this ?

You can download the installation file directly from the Release History and install it that way.

I already tried … got the same message “Install server is no longer responding” ! I have the Pro version and tried with the last update

The real message is “Installer is no longer responding” !

Guess that’s a little different. :roll_eyes:

Close and uninstall eM Client, making sure NOT to delete the database directory when asked. Then download the latest version again from the Release History and install it.

When i try to uninstall it I have the previous message “Install server not responding”. This is with Revo Uninstaller or with the Windows 10 application.
