Just installed email client to replace Thunderbird because Thunderbird would no longer work with Dragon. Anyway I had the same issue with the server connection. My solution was that I went to my firewall program which was evidently blocking the connection and when I allowed email client access everything went fine everything downloaded. Just a thought.
Hi Robert, thank you for sharing your solution, unfortunately when using firewall it is important to disable restrictions for eM Client in order to work properly.
