Message Resend issue

Can someone please explain:
An email is sent from: [email protected]
When “Resend” is used “myname” is changed to a name different from the original sender.
The consequence is that the email is not an accurate "Resend"in all respects.
Is it possible to correct this error in eMC?

Yes, it seems to me that when I resend a mail, instead of using the original account, it resets the sender to the default account. I wish mails were resent using the same account by default.

[I’m very new to eM Client, so there are still things I haven’t figured out. Apologies, but seeing that there’s an upgrade on its way…]
