Message read in App not appearing on PC

I’m using the latest version of the mobile app on my Moto G31w running Android v12. Also emClient 10.0.3266 on my desktop.

When I read new messages on my mobile, they do not then appear in the inbox on my PC.

Both are set as IMAP.

Has anyone got any ideas what the issue may be?

If you elected to use Categories during the installation, have you looked for the messages in the other Inbox category tabs?

They are not unfortunately.
