In v8.1 message printing or saving to pdf only prints one page. I have to save as eml, open the eml in Windows Live Mail, then print it from there.

I am not able to reproduce that.
Can you check that you have all pages selected in the print dialogue.
Yes i too can print as many pages as i want directly to a printer or to .pdf in EMC V8.1.
