I am all of a sudden unable to see ANY messages in the message bodies from any date. All I see are five dots. The attachments are there. The only thing I’ve done lately is to delete all messages in the Trash folder. I have 6.0.22344.0 and am running XP. I think this is a POP account but am not sure. On another e-mail program I rarely use, the message bodies are there.
Hello, please note that Windows XP is no longer a supported operating system, and can be generating multiple issues as the operating system is no longer receiving any security or bug fixes.
Are you using any security software on your computer? If so, please make sure the application is not being blocked by any other application by temporarily disable the security software or make sure an exception is setup for the ports you’re using to access your mail server’s data.
