Hello, I am using the 30 day trial for the upgraded version and the app takes a long time to load and the messages sometimes fail to download from the server. I can click the emails but the message stays blank and doesn’t ever load… otherwise I love the app

That just normally means all your IMAP, Exchange, or iCloud remote mail headers are not “All fully read and cached locally yet,”. Once they are all cache locally you should then be fine.
Till they are all locally cached, if one new email appears to no download or appears stuck, click on another email below or above it and then go back to the original email.
Note:- If you still have problems, backup eM Client via "Menu / Backup* and the once backed up, go to “Menu / Accounts” and remove this problematic account and re-add via either the automatic email wizard or manual other options depending on what your remote mail server supports.
