Menüpunkt "Einstellungen" lässt sich nicht öffnen

Hallo zusammen,
Ich arbeite mit Windows 10 und habe eine split screen-Software (Monitor Benq), die aber deaktiviert ist.
em client: ich arbeite mit der Lizenz Version 8 Lizenztyp Pro. Wenn ich unter “Menü” den Punkt “Einstellungen” anklicke öffnet sich dieser nicht. In der Taskleiste ist aber neben dem em client icon ein zweites Fenster, das sich beim anklicken öffnet, jedoch sind die Punkte “Maximieren” nicht aktiv.

Wie kann ich den Menü-Punkt “Einstellungen” wieder öffnen?
Muss ich evtl. auf eine höhere Version von em client gehen?

The window has opened, but is off screen. Hover your mouse over the taskbar icon until the empty thumbnail preview appears. Right-click in the preview and choose MOVE. Use your keyboard arrow keys to bring it back onto your screen.

thanks a lot for your upport - it works now and sorry for the delay

I ´ve another problem. I tried to change my signature (because adress has changed) - when I click the button “signature” nothing happened. After that I cannot close emclient. I have close emclient over the task manager.

I would appreciate your tip and also of the forum

I think it is the same thing. The window has opened but is offscreen.
