I have previously set up my wife’s Mediacom email account using the Android Aqua Mail app, but she wanted to check it on her laptop as well. The laptop is running Windows 10 and several sites rated eM client #1, so I installed it for her. However, even with the Mediacom inbound (POP3) and outbound (SMTP) server settings, I can only get the inbound mail working.
Does anyone have any guidance on the correct Mediacom SMTP settings to get outbound mail working?
I have a case open with Mediacom but, as usual, they are taking their time.
