Title says it all… Apparently, unless mistaken, I have not found such a setting…
When I examine a mail in the Junk folder I have to preview it and the message ends up as read. Then, if I return it to the Inbox using “move to inbox and remove blacklisted email” the mail returns as a regular mail in the Inbox but sometimes, if the date is old, it’s difficult to identify from already read mails in the Inbox. If it could be marked as unread when returning to the Inbox, it would be easier to spot…
Thanks !

You can mark the message as unread before you move it back to the Inbox.
BTW, there are no false positives in eM Client because it has no spam detection ability. Messages are only moved to Junk if you have Blacklisted them, so that is a true positive.
Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. Actually it’s what I do now, wait for the mail to become “Read” then “Unread” it then move it to Inbox.
Regarding the “junk” flag, the mail I was talking about was “[email protected]” and it appears I must have tagged a while back (many years ago) the whole domain. Next time I will remove the domain from exclusion…
If you would like to propose it as a new feature to mark them as unread on move back to Inbox, you can find out more here.
Just done that thanks to the included link ! Great ! I just hope it gets implemented in a near future…
Thanks !
