MAPI Error. (2) "General MAPI failure"

Well, when trying to send an email from my ERP, who theorically would export attachments to my default mail client, i’m facing 2 error messages.

The first one:
It says that my computer does not have an e-mail program associated.

The second one:

For all I know it says that is a MAPI error.

I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall many times the eM Client but still facing the same situation again and again.

I’ve read in some other posts that eM Client is MAPI compatible, so why is this happening? What can I do to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Hello Ryelfi,
check if eM Client has all default protocols associated in the Windows Control panels>Default programs.
If re-assigning the protocols does not help, please install or repair the .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5

As for the MAPI error - what version of eM Client are you running? Full number from Menu>Help>About please.

DAMMIT, SO SIMPLE TO RESOLVE!

The protocols’ re-assignment worked! Thank you very much!

specifically what protocol ? … i assigned all protocols to emclient but maybe i missed some of them
