Manual conversion to Microsoft Graph

Hi,
if during upgrade to v11 microsoft accounts were not converted from EWS to GraphL, can this conversion be run additionally?

Hi Daniel,

Yes, it can. Here are the steps to switch an EWS account to Microsoft Graph:

  1. Add the account again via Menu > Accounts > Add account. The new account will connect through Microsoft Graph.
  2. Once it has synced, open the old EWS account in Menu > Accounts and uncheck all services on the General tab to disable it (alternatively, you can remove the old account)

Shared mailboxes need to be added again to the new account. We also recommend making a backup (Menu > Backup) before making any changes.

Make a backup of the presumably EWS sync account.
The graph sync is buggy, this may not be what you want to stay with.
