Manual Account Setup

Could you please help me on how to achieve the following the following:
I wish to delete emails on my server after they have been there for 14 days.
Also I would like to display all emails from separate accounts in the one listing without having to click on individual accounts,
 I have been using Outlook 2010 and wish to have similar account setup options.
Any help would be much appreciated.


Go to Tools>Accounts and select the account you wish to delete emails for, then go to POP3 tab and scroll down to server settings where you can choose to delete messages from the server after X amount of days.

Also you can choose to display Smart Folders which will display all of your emails by going to Tools>Settings and checking the appropriate checkbox in the General section.
