Today, I’ve decided to move thousands of emails from my archive folder into appropriately named subfolders. Is there a quick trick for doing this? I don’t want to create dozens of rules that will only be used once.
In addition, with the large number of subfolders, I have now created a folder called “_OLD” so that it is displayed at the top, and I am now in the process of moving subfolders with outdated references to this folder. Is there a way to select multiple folders and then move them all together to _OLD using the “Move Folder” option? By the way, why isn’t the filter I enter saved with this option, but instead I have to re-enter it every time? If only the selection bar would stay in the same place, but it is reset to the middle every time I call it up.
