Keep getting error that database disk image is malformed. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - did not fix. Software won’t let me delete account either.

Your other post has been caught in the spam filter probably because you posted the full error message. Anyway, no problem, I will try to answer it here without seeing the error.
Uninstalling eM Client will not delete your database because that is stored separately from the application. As long as you are happy to delete it, close eM Client, and then delete or rename C:\Users_username_\AppData\Roaming\eM Client. You may have to show hidden items in Explorer to do that. When you restart eM Client, it will be with a new blank error-free database.
