Make possibile to sync / use microsoft 365 delegated mailbox tags. Right now it’s only possible to use the one of the main email but not the shared boxes one

Once you have your Exchange account setup, right-click on your account in the folder list and choose Delegation or Public Folders.
Hello Gary, I have actually set up the delagated mailbox and it works. However, there is a problem with the tags since I have verified that only the tag of the main account sync and it’s not possibile to use the tags of the delgated mailbox
Apologies I did not read your question correctly.
I believe you would need to have root access to the delegated account to do that, so it may not be possible. I did add it to our feature request list, so it will be investigated and considered for future development.
Thank you Gary. If it can be usefull info, on outlook client it does sync tags even if you access as delegated and not as root.
